Khuda Hafiz Chapter 2 has been released in theatres. It was expected from the film that it would do business of at least 4 crores but it could not happen. At the box office, ‘Khuda Hafiz 2’ did not show anything special on the first day and bowed down to R Madhavan’s rocketry. Whereas for Vidyut Jamwal’s film, theater owners had reduced the shows of ‘Rocketry the Nambi Effect’ from Friday itself. Let us tell you that on its second Friday also ‘Rocketry’ collected more than Varun Dhawan’s Jug Jag Jiyan.
Three action films were released in the last two months, first Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Dhaakad’, second ‘Rashtrakavach Om’. Both these films were badly beaten. Something similar seems to be happening with Vidyut Jammwal’s Khuda Hafiz Chapter 2 Agnipariksha. The film was made on a budget of more than 40 crores and collected barely 1 crore on the first day. Seeing its condition, it would not be wrong to say that the audience has started rejecting Bollywood action films.
Rocketry, on the other hand, has maintained its hold at the box office even after a slow start. The film Rocketry The Nambi Effect, which earned around Rs 13.80 crore in the first week, collected 1.38 crores on the eighth day of its release. The audience is liking this film. Whether it is the script of the film, Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo or R Madhavan’s acting, in the past, the audience has rejected many such films which were expected and such films released in low light found success, these signs are the same. It tells that apart from big names and big budget, audience always love a good story.
